to-do entry contextual menu should only appear on non-completed entries

Right now, each to-do entry has a three-dots button that opens a contextual menu with options: add subtask / delete todo My proposal is to bring back previous behavior (X button to immediately remove to-do entry) for todos that are marked as completed, while keep the current one for non-completed todo entries
