changed description from "It would be cool if each to-do entry had a "time" property initially set to null (current behavior)
But if I manually set it, or my todo entry title start with a valid time string (check with regex), then that time will be applied to the todo entry, and todos get sorted by time
(e.g. I create todo entry "6:30 breakfast", this todo-entry is assigned a 6:30AM timestamp)
this way, If I use my todo-list widget to plan my day (which I do), entries will get automatically sorted
